The park itself is Grade II listed, has recently been restored and improved under English Heritage supervision. The park hosts a boating lake, dog-free children's play area, an art exhibition space, public toilets, parking, picnic area, river, American Gardens, Victorian flower garden and pavilion. Sports facilities include football pitches, bowls green, Skate/Bike Park, athletics track, gym, Tennis and Basketball courts. Unusually for London, the park hosts an American football field, home to the London Blitz and for softball/baseball is home to the London Mets. The park is used for public events such as Big Gay Out and Party in the Park.

Hornsey Road Baths

The Hornsey Road Public Baths originally built in 1895 and later extended to include a separate Women's baths, laundry and 37 private baths were damaged during the Blitz in 1941 and where extensively rebuilt during the 60s. The site has recently been developed into apartments however the iconic image of the diving figure remains.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy built in 1890 was originally the site of a Dairy and certain features such as the exposed brick wall, steel girders and the magnificent friezes on the Crouch Hill side are evidence of this previous life. It has since been restored into a fabulous pub and restaurant.

Parkland Walk

The walk passes through Islington and Haringey and is a designated nature reserve. The path was originally the line of the London and North Eastern Steam Railway and the old railway sleepers have been used to construct its many stairways.
