Many of our team rent too, so we understand exactly what’s important to London tenants. We focus on making the rental process flexible, easy to understand and helpful. Following regular feedback from our tenants we’ve implemented a number of ideas aimed at improving the experience of renting a property through us, this includes providing a dedicated negotiator who acts as a single point of contact for the duration of your property search, evening and weekend viewing hours and property check-ins available seven days a week. We also check tenants into their property in person, just in case they have any questions about their new home (even if it’s just a little help working out how to turn the boiler on).
