01. Tech to Make Your Life Easier

First up is our PropertyFile system, a secure digital portal which you can access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for the entire duration of your contract with us. We’ll upload and store important documents such as tenancy agreements, invoices, inventories and inspection reports to it, so you don’t have to search through your emails. You’ll also have immediate access to information such as key tenancy dates.

Tenants can now also report any maintenance issues or repairs to us online, 24/7, 365 days a year. By using our digital Report a Repair facility their issue will be acknowledged immediately. Read more about our Report a Repair facility by clicking here.

02. Standard & Premium Property Management

Our Standard Property Management package includes:

  • Rent reviews
  • Deposit handling

  • Six monthly property visits;

  • Overseeing contractors for repairs, faults and fixes;
